Sehubungan dengan Surat Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Dan Birokrasi Reformasi Nomor : B/2709/M.PAN-RB/10/2010 tanggal 29 Oktober 2010 perihal Persetujuan Rincian Tambahan Alokasi Formasi CPNS Daerah Tahun 2010, dan berdasarkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara Selaku Ketua Tim Pelakasan Pusat Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tingkat Nasional Nomor 30 Tahun 2007 tanggal 27 Agustus 2007 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil, maka Pemerintah Daerah Kota Batam akan menerima Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah dari Pelamar Umum Tahun Anggaran 2010.
